JD Africa is a media professional, trainer, and consultant with extensive experience serving businesses and organizations across Africa. He is passionate about empowering teams with modern media skills, digital communication strategies, and professional content production. As a workforce trainer and mentor, JD Africa has dedicated his career to developing leaders, training teams, and equipping young entrepreneurs with practical skills that drive growth and impact. His expertise combines leadership, communication, and strategic planning to help organizations achieve their goals. JD Africa is also a seasoned event planner and project coordinator, having successfully organized numerous conferences, summits, and community programs across Africa. His attention to detail, creativity, and strategic execution have contributed to the success of business competitions, entrepreneurial gatherings, and corporate events. As CEO of Stream Garden, JD Africa continues to drive digital transformation and media innovation — providing cutting-edge solutions in content creation, live streaming, broadcasting, and digital entertainment while empowering young entrepreneurs to reach wider audiences and maximize their impact.

Dr. David Enow Nsoesie
David Nsoesie is a professional deeply knowledgeable in administration, management, and the implementation of United Nations and international organization projects, including UN Food Distribution programs, United States Agency for International Development projects, and Heifer International projects. He is also a dedicated environmentalist. He is deeply involved in project management and proposal development, mentoring many young entrepreneurs to successful levels. As co-founder of Stream Garden TV, he has demonstrated a high level of management skill in putting the various segments together and launching the platform's programs. Dr. Nsoesie holds a Bachelor's degree in Law, a Master's degree in Administration and Management, and a Doctorate in Leadership Studies. A visionary leader, he is highly knowledgeable in immigration matters and offers free counseling on immigration and the challenges of living abroad. He has traveled extensively throughout Africa, Europe, parts of South America, and the United States, and has sponsored many young people through higher education.

Beltha Onjeme Mbile
As co-founder of Stream Garden TV, Beltha Mbile is passionate about her work and continuously seeks to learn and apply new knowledge and skills to create opportunities for personal and community growth. As a teacher for more than three decades, she is skilled in mentoring others — especially children and young adults. She is excellent in classroom management, a problem solver, innovative, and an outstanding planner. She has studied at universities around the world and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Modern English Language Studies, a Master's in Education with a concentration in English Language (ESOL), and diplomas in Growth and Development, Activities for Young Children, and Communication Skills — all from Baltimore Community College in Maryland, USA. She holds the Advanced Professional License (APL) from MSDE (Maryland State Department of Education). Her professional experience includes the British Language Institute, Children's Manor Montessori School in Baltimore, and Springhill Lake Elementary School in Greenbelt, Maryland. She is perfectly bilingual (English and French), a good team player, knowledgeable in modern technology, a researcher, and always willing to acquire new skills.
